I've been using strips for several years now, I don't use anything else. I recommend using the strips once a week for a few weeks, then once a month, and then every two months. After a short period of use, a pack of strips will last about a year. I highly recommend this product. The adhesive will hold the strips in place as you work. Cheaper strips don't stay in place.
