The package arrived on time and undamaged. Installation took five minutes. After installation I had to remove the screen and remove the protective plastic film. After I reinstalled the screen and applied power, nothing happened. Uh oh I found that the battery was dead. After charging the battery everything worked fine. My HP laptop is like new!
