When it got to my house I set everything up but when I put the battery in the Xbox One controller it vibrated and turned into a flashing red light. So I want to go to the nearest Gamestop store and buy a Dual PowerA 1100mAh battery. I put them in and played with them so I had a reason to charge them up. I plugged it into the charger and got nothing but a green light. Note that there's about a quarter of the juice left and it still won't charge. I tried to find a way to contact the seller, but nowhere in the order does it give me that option. The description also states that it comes with 2-600mAh batteries. I never saw this in my order that I received. I may have to undo this if things don't get resolved. The product is great but I don't understand why it isn't charging these batteries since it's new.
