Don't buy. It only charges certain batteries. If you think that putting it in a controller will charge your device, you're wrong. The updated version of this device comes with 2 batteries, so it seems like a better buy, but these batteries have a capacity of 600mAh, which is half the capacity of most others. buy batteries. This is rubbish and a waste of time and money.

I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas and she won't charge her controllers. She bought new batteries thinking that might be a problem but no! This product should not be advertised as a dual controller charging documentation as it does not work at all as such. The cooling part works perfectly. Overall very disappointed with this product, I would return it if I could. I do not recommend buying this product.

I have an Xbox One X and the soft grips are great. I have two problems: The slots used for your games are too wide. This means that your games are not suitable for these slots. Another problem is that the charging station does not charge my batteries. I am using three different sets of batteries and the indicator stays red. B never turns green when fully charged. Oh, and yes, I use USB sticks.

It arrived on time and was neatly packaged. It's all hard plastic. But I love how they add small pads and have a description of what type of Xbox the pad is for. I am giving this product five stars at the moment (may change if quality drops after use). The product arrived quickly and nicely packaged. The two ports for charging the controller are really good and I love the storage for gaming. I can barely feel the two fans blowing, but they work. I can't say how well they work though.
