Good product. Best in Xbox One
It arrived on time and was neatly packaged. It's all hard plastic. But I love how they add small pads and have a description of what type of Xbox the pad is for. The small cable that came with the kit broke fairly easily. But overall it's a good product. By the way, if you have a controller with a charging station, this product's charger will charge batteries, which is not good for charging batteries that come with a charging station.
