You get what you pay for, medium sized and functional
They're a little less stiff than my other set of cans so the suction isn't as strong as I'd like, but they're easier to move due to the softness. I use them in professional massages to loosen the fascia and warm up the tissues to make it easier to work in front of deep tissues and they aren't strong enough compared to my other set. But it's great for regular bathing.
