But not bad. suitable for computers and accessories

This product is good at what it does, but it has some flaws that are poorly explained or not mentioned at all. I wanted to use it to organize the cables: - HDMI or USB-C to DisplayPort for the monitor - Power - USB 3 mouse (WLAN adapter) - USB 3 keyboard - USB-C YubiKey First of all - the product fits. Although it fits both left and right side, it only fits left side. If you insert it on the right side, it protrudes 1-2 mm above the surface of the MBP. Ports are the biggest issue with this dongle, you're effectively trading two fully functional Thunderbolt ports for just one. The dongle has "two" USB-C/Thunderbolt ports, but only one of those is pass-through, which you can use for charging your laptop or for videos (USB-C for whatever). In my case, this means I can't charge my laptop and use a USB-C to DisplayPort cable at the same time. The HDMI video output is a very disappointing part that isn't mentioned anywhere. Aside from the USB-C/DisplayPort power issue, nowhere is it mentioned that you need to connect power to use HDMI effectively. For example, if you're using the HDMI port but haven't plugged in the power cord, the video will only work as long as your laptop's lid is open. As soon as you close it, it goes into standby mode. So if you're using this dongle as your main HDMI dock, you'll need to plug the power cord into the dongle itself and not into another Thunderbolt port. Overall 3/5. It would only be a perfect 5/5 if it had two fully functional USB-C/Thunderbolt ports.
