I ordered one size up (I'm a size 7 so I ordered 8). The length of the shoe does not matter, but the width. These are very narrow shoes and although I really like their style, my feet fall asleep and I get goosebumps when I'm on the bike. It's difficult to even move your toes to regain feeling in your legs. Shoelaces are also a problem. While I love the traditional look of running shoes, I realize that Velcro cycling shoes are simply better for cycling. I've gotten a lot of compliments at my spinning studio when I wear them, but in the end, comfort outweighs them for me and I need to find wider shoes with velcro.
