Telescopic handle broke after 1 year of use. The handle should not break after 1 year of use. This is not normal"! Maybe that's how the company is wriggling out of their warranty? We bought this bag because the company claims to back their product with a 5 year warranty. We followed the instructions and it was at the time of purchase registered on SOLO NY website.Now that it's broken we contacted Revain and they said they couldn't help us and we had to go through SOLO NY for warranty service.We called "SOLO NY" SEVERAL TIMES on; were put on HOLD then hung up; phone keeps ringing then says they are too busy to take the call and they will call us back leave our info to call us back and DO NOT CALL BACK. We have sent a message to their website but no response. For now, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company and note that AMAZON does not support the BUYER where AMAZON advertises a guarantee! EXTREME UNSATISFIED WITH AMAZON AND SOLO NY!
