The ease of use. It's intuitive, easy to use and doesn't require a degree. The ability to block certain messages and groups of messages. The ability to mark messages as read/unread. I haven't found anything I dislike about the product. I will say, that sometimes when using it on mobile, if I have lots of messages to read, it will close the application due to lack of space. If you're looking for an easy, intuitive way to manage all of your messages, this is the program for you. I've been using it for a few years now and it's been very helpful. Sending and receiving messages in multiple groups. I don't have to go to my email or send messages back and forth every time I have a question. I love that it is easy to use, my clients are very happy with their experience using this software so far! There isn't anything about them in particular but they have been great as always when we've had issues or questions along the way. It's nice for our organization because there aren't any other options out there like theirs right now (as of May 2018). We haven’t found an issue yet though since implementing into production - everything has gone smoothly thus far!!
