Really good. Not ideal.
Altra saved my knees and back with zero drops. These shoes are really good but a bit heavier and not as soft as I expected. However, I plan to train longer distances and I think they will be great for that. Also, the price was perfect.

- It's good for running and exercising, I just bought it; Not sure how long it will last but overall the shoes are very good quality.
Cons
- Much too big, gave it to my son-in-law
