I have been using Tarte Mascara for a year. After ordering this and using it for a week, I noticed my eyes were itchy, red and I felt like there was something in each of them. This has been going on for a week and I finally connected it to this online purchase. The goods in the shops (Ulta) are excellent. Bear in mind that this item is also not in the box - why the box is missing on the "new" product.
