They came in a plain white box with a Chinese sticker and an English sticker on top. The product was probably new. A device has a corner of bare metal. A bit disappointed because either the quality control is bad to let such a crappy paint job leave the factory or it was a return. Also, the bezel looks scratched under the glass with protective plastic. There were no grooves on the surface, so it must be the bottom, so again there will be sloppy workmanship. I put each block on a variable DC power supply. Both headlights lit normally. The light looks a bit purple, but otherwise it's ok for the price.
