I like that you can quickly find what is going wrong with your machine or network connection without having access to it at all times (we have customers who do not allow us in their offices). The interface could be easier for some users as well but overall we are happy so far! We use Pace primarily when troubleshooting issues remotely from our office location where there may only ever be one person working during any given day/time period of time which makes using other tools difficult due its size / complexity etc..
