This is a review for a company, not a monitor. I had my PCT2435 for 2 years 11 months and the HDMI port broke. This was due to the fact that the HDMI cable was pushed through by the double swivel stand and after almost 3 years the connector was pushed into the monitor. So there is no way to use the monitor now. If you're not using the dual rotating stand as intended, that's probably fine. We requested a warranty repair but they refused because it was our fault. I had to connect the monitor more often than usual, but that was because the stand was pushing against it and the HDMI connector was moving. I wrote a description of the problem, but the support staff either ignored my description or didn't fix the monitor at all. After a day of negotiation (why would I negotiate a written warranty?) they finally agreed to a repair if I paid for shipping. The shipping cost of the monitor is too high, so I will repair it myself. A guarantee is only as good as the company that stands behind it. I suggest looking for another monitor.
