Leaked on first use

I bought two of these as Christmas gifts. Both were unusable by the end of our first time out sledding (maybe an hour). Plenty of snow, not rocky. Both times, I thought maybe the valve wasn't shut tightly, so I tightened and refilled. Both were flat by the time we got to the bottom of the hill. Extremely disappointing considering the claims in their description.

A great snow tube, now we just need more!
