These glasses may look old, but they work great. The padding around the edges protects the eyes from road dust and wind, which is what I've been waiting for the most. In addition, the eye lenses are clear and beautifully colored. (I also bought a pair of clear lenses.) They actually work a lot better than I expected for the price and I'm very happy with them. I try to wear my helmet all the time, but for the times you don't need a helmet, it provides as good eye protection as I've found. Hope that helps.
