Review on Dericam Outdoor WiFi PTZ Security Camera - 1080P Full HD, 4X Optical Zoom, Night Vision, Motion Detection and pre-installed 32GB Memory Card by Justin Reese

These cameras have some nice features and I have a few, but there are 2 issues that I feel need to be addressed: 1.) IR -Night vision is nice but the way the illumination and protective cap are designed, after rain when the raindrops don't dry completely clear, the IR illumination at night ensures that the lens reflects a slight haze in the protective cap back onto the lens and for The remedy is a terrible night vision picture. 2.) The outdoor PTZ models have some nice features and a good picture, but on 3 of the 4 S1/S2 models I bought the WiFi module in the camera failed after 18-20 months. The camera has a 12 month manufacturer warranty and will still work with a wired connection if that is the case, but be careful if you MUST have a WiFi connection for the camera.
