2 new grinders arrived very quickly. 03/08/2021 The first inspection showed no defects and both mills work perfectly. Congratulations to the manufacturer/distributor for quickly resolving customer and product issues. They were waiting for a Bannic replacement on March 5, 2021, were very polite and quickly resolved the issue. When they worked, they were "just good". The adjustment of the particle grinder was not very good. The worst problem was that they worked from time to time - sometimes you could shake them and they worked, sometimes you had to bang them on the table to make them work. I thought the battery holder was the problem but I fixed it with a rubber band around the batteries.
