Edit: After reading and studying the description carefully, especially the hand, not what came in the box. Also, I only have 4 washers as stated on the packaging but not in the instructions and the diverter is also different. Not sure if it matters but I didn't pay for a used product. I don't like that I spent a little over $50 on a product that I can't enjoy because of the shower head that came with it. heavy and doesn't hold up when you turn on the shower. I've been trying to get this product to work for almost 3 hours when I thought I finally got it it fell hard and hit my eye. I followed the instructions on YouTube and ended up having to give up and use my old and very worn out shower head. Terrible product and I was really looking forward to it.
