The item arrived in a Revain package. When I opened the package, my product was unsealed and the lid of the container was removed. I don't know if the product was used by someone else or something else. But the cleaner is a hard stick and there were stains on it. Have to throw this away as it appears to have been dirty and opened before I received it.
