Review on InterDesign Over Shower Triple Towel by Troy Zelazny

Best for doors but not our glass shower screen

My master bathroom has almost no room for a towel rack on the wall, but we have a glass shower stall. It looked like the perfect solution to our problem - we could hang it on the side of the shower wall and we were done. Unfortunately, some product design issues got in the way of our plans! The shelf is quite narrow. It barely holds a bath towel folded to 1/2 length. That wasn't the biggest problem - the biggest, or rather the LOUDEST problem, was that the counter was designed to be mounted on the door rather than the glass shower screen. The hooks at the top are too wide to fit snugly against the top of the shower screen (see picture) so every time you fiddle with the towel it just rattles and rattles. Luckily we had a cupboard door next to the shower where I put it so the purchase wasn't a waste of money. Pros: 1. Looks great2. Easy to assemble 3. Fits the door perfectly (doesn't rub the top of the jam!) Cons1. Smaller than I thought - holds a bath towel folded in half, but barely. I like to hang my towels upside down for easier drying, it worries me, but I'm adapting. 2. very loud/ringing on the glass shower wall. (That's why it's on the door now) I'm sure it could be made to fit snugly against the shower wall using styrofoam or other tools, but this may require some creativity.
