I wish I had bought this book when I first brought the kitten home as it would have saved me so much time searching the internet for answers. This is perfect for those who have just adopted a kitten, are in the process of adopting a kitten, or those who have a kitten and just want to learn a few things. This is a great general reference and a pleasure to read as well. It includes a wide range of information as well as the author's personal stories. This is a must read for anyone rescuing newborn or orphaned kittens as it contains a wealth of extremely helpful information, especially if this is your first experience with kittens. A few years ago I rescued an orphaned kitten and would love to see this book help me with that. I will be giving this as a gift to all new kitten owners I know.
