Pretty good quality, this is a belt. WHAT RELATED TO THE SIZE - I bought a size 28 because I have a 28 waist which means the largest possible hole is a 28 and gets smaller from there. Luckily I'm exactly 28 years old so it fits really well but depending on what shirt I put in it can be a bit too tight. Buy a size or two larger than you wear. If I were to sell this I would make a MEDIUM HOLE in the size listed, which guarantees a higher chance of a fit (and allows you to wear it if your weight fluctuates a bit).
