Worst headset I've ever bought lol

I'm pretty sure I have a defective device. But for the price, they sounded awful, like cheap Xbox headphones. My $20 Apple headphones sounded better. Logitech's own software doesn't recognize them. Although they were very light, I sent them back almost immediately.
