I was skeptical about this product before I bought it and at first but I have to say it works like a charm once I figured it out. In the beginning I had little trouble. I have perfect hearing and shave at least 3 times a week. I have to say that although the instructions call for a certain number of wipes, it wasn't enough to restore the shaver after each use. My beard is thick and bushy so it should break the sharp edge of a razor. I just spent the recommended amount again and checked it out. I used the recommended amount each time until I felt the razor worked like new when I tested it on my face. Now I use the razor at least that much after each shave and haven't had any problems since. This saves me a lot of money on high-quality disposable razors. It's been 8 months since I bought it and I've changed the razor blade once. If you feel it's not working as well, continue sweeping in that direction at a 45% angle for 4 or 5 times the recommended amount, maybe more. I think it depends on your beard. Just keep scrolling.
