Review on YYW by Adam Whittaker

I got the chance to purchase at YYW not too long ago, and I must say that my experience there was less than ideal. Their website was simple to use, however the quality of their products and service was subpar. The garments themselves were of poor quality, to begin with. The textiles were very thin and the sewing was poorly done, in my opinion. In addition, the sizes did not match what was shown on the website, which was a major disappointment. Furthermore, there was a severe lack of service to customers. I tried to get in touch with them to voice my issues, but all I got back were evasive and unhelpful comments. The already difficult shopping experience was greatly exacerbated by the lack of communication. My order was shipped and delivered late, and when I eventually got the goods, they were poorly wrapped and damaged in transit. I was quite dissatisfied with my YYW buying experience. Their website was simple to use, however they let themselves down with poor product and service quality. I won't be using them again and would advise anyone looking to do their purchasing online to look elsewhere.
