Very user friendly! Easy setup and admin interface, and a great price for what you get. But the support team doesn't seem to care about their clients. For example, I had to call them twice before I was finally connected to a live person. They asked me to give them my username and password, and I did so. Then they told me to log into the system and click "Help" and it would take me to a menu where I could select "Account Support". That wasn't helpful, so I selected "Customer Service", but still no luck. It took 2 hours of waiting on hold, during which I got disconnected and called back again and again. Eventually I gave up and hung up. That night I was getting error messages on my website saying that I needed to contact support. My host told me that this was because my server was running slow. Now that I think about it, it seems like they are trying to push people to their own support channel, rather than just helping them fix whatever problem they're having. So if anyone has any experience with them, please let me know.
