I like that it allows you as an applicant or employee for feedback from another person of importance in your workplace with similar experience levels; gives you time to think before responding so there are no surprises if they have questions afterwards which helps improve relationships! I dislike that their user interface can be hard work and confusing at times because its very different compared to other recruitment websites/apps out there but when used correctly works well enough.

This website has helped me get many job offers due to my skill set being marketable by employers within our business area (IT Security).
