Instructions followed exactly. I dip the kappa in boiling water for 15 seconds. When I tried to remove it with pliers (per the instructions), part of the protection fused to the pliers. When I tried to change the shape, the guard almost melted and deformed. I frantically threw the guard back into the hot water to change its shape, but it was already destroyed. The Kappa looks like it went to hell and back. Incidentally, the instructions state that the harp should be put in the mouth as soon as it is taken out of the water and that it should be "warm” and not hot. B.S. I had no intention of putting a boiling kappa in the mouth of a seven year old. I come back.
