I bought this product for my son. Contains 2 head straps, elastic laces to attach the ball, 4 different balls and a carrying bag. Each ball is designed for a specific level. My son seems to have learned to hit yellow/beginner but not from a straight boxing position. It requires hand-eye coordination. When you open the box, follow the instructions to measure the strings and tie them to the ribbon. Ours got untied a couple of times and had to be retied. Good product and keeps my son active.

It's not easy to use but that's what makes it so fun and interesting. There is a learning curve in tying it correctly and at the right length. Don't let your house cats get to the ropes because they will rip them apart and you will be left with a $30 cat toy. First off, let me say that my hand-eye coordination is SIMPLY GOOD, but when you hold a bouncing string in front of your face it kinda defeats the purpose! There are different ball heights, ie. BEGINNERS, Veterans and for BOXERS. For beginners, it depends on your current hand-eye coordination and reflexes to determine how easy hooking will be. But as with most things, practice will make you better, passion will make you great, and a lack of either will not make this toy good for your pets, lol.
