I've been a Canon fan since my old SD880 point and shoot camera. Switched to T2i and then to T4i. Great cameras. I started out with mirrorless cameras and about a year ago Canon fell behind the competition and I settled on the Panasonic gx85. A plus for the gx85: amazing camera stabilization. However, the autofocus for videos sucks. After a year I noticed that many if not most of the photos taken years ago looked better, even on the t2i, than on the gx85 (I used a 20mm pana lens). decided to return to canon and even considered 77d. Looking at the photos, I'm very happy with the choice of the m6. The M6 with the em-f 22m lens is great. Of course I miss the in-body stabilization and I wish it had 4k video. That's why I'm giving this camera 4 stars (and it takes a second too long to review images). But in terms of results, this camera produces extremely sharp photos, and autofocus in videos blows the Panasonic.
