The days of bulky SLR cameras are numbered.

Excellent Camera! I like the tilting screen, small size and build quality. The new control buttons for manual modes are very simple and intuitive. The touch system is great. I have an older M1 and the focusing on this M6 is very fast and accurate. WiFi connection with Smart allows you to quickly move photos to your phone. I take a lot of travel photos and they come out great with this camera.

Super sharp and crisp photos, awesome auto focus for videos

I've been a Canon fan since my old SD880 point and shoot camera. Switched to T2i and then to T4i. Great cameras. I started out with mirrorless cameras and about a year ago Canon fell behind the competition and I settled on the Panasonic gx85. A plus for the gx85: amazing camera stabilization. However, the autofocus for videos sucks. rather horror compared to the worst 7D

I shot weddings in the 80's with a motorized Pentax 645 and everything from T2i, 7D, 5mk2, 6D and now 5Ds. While other people use APSC, I found I could only use full frame DSLRs for Photoshop, so I gave up APSC. After selling all my APSCs 8 years ago, I gave this M6 (2 copies from Canon) another chance. with my full frame lens: 1.
