The first Belcompany Lightning to 3.5mm adapter I used failed immediately after I connected it to my iPhone 12. Only a few seconds later, the sound was played only through the speakers of the phones. instead of the right headphones. The Apple branded adapter was replaced and worked as expected. Totally normal use, no abuse. There's no reason to expect better performance. These items will be returned for a refund and I will purchase an Apple product. Interestingly, the packaging encourages the user to contact the company instead of leaving a negative review. Sorry, I have no regrets for not playing these games.
