Suitable for the cold, but not for the cold. But everything is fine
At 10 degrees below zero (F) I don't keep my hands warm, but at 20 (also F) you will be glad that I advised you to buy. Also note that the fingertip grips wear out quickly but still work on the iPod screen. I wear them to run and they work great.
