I work closely daily with our sales organization which is what we want out solution from any software vendor/company that they sell it too. We like everything about otava so far as well their customer care department has been excellent when needed help us solve issues or concerns regarding one product over another within this system! There are nothing really i dislike currently only minor things such as maybe some features could be improved but still not bad enough to make me change my opinion towards them overall great choice if you're looking into an omni integrated platform (Salesforce)!! Sales force integration was required since other 3rd party vendors were used throughout the day where having 1 tool would have helped greatly reduce redundancies especially during time critical events that happen often everyday across multiple locations globally without delay.
