I own almost every tool Dewalt makes and this has become one of my favorites. Dewalt did an excellent job in the construction and design of this lantern. It's amazing when you're working under cabinets on plumbing, under a car, or in just about any situation where you need light. I love that it has three lighting modes so you can conserve battery life. The only thing to be aware of is that it eats at the battery. quickly. I wouldn't even consider using Slim Line 1.5 or 2.0 batteries. I have a ton of 4A and 5A batteries so I don't mind. It would be difficult to have a flashlight this bright that doesn't drain battery power quickly. This is a strong and durable flashlight and I would buy it again if I needed another.
