Purchase a ball of heavy weight string and tie something heavy (fishing weights work well) to the end of the line. Throw, toss or sling shot the weight over the tree limb. Depending on the height of the tree limb, attach a rope to the end of the strap anchor and the string to the other end. Pull the strap anchor over the limb, untie the string and run the rope thru the loop. Pull until the strap tightens up on the limb in the desire location. Repeat for the second connection point.
