Not for 18 months for kindergarten

We were reluctant to buy something that would cover such a wide range of sizes. Our little one is on the low end of the scale and he's drowning in it. It's good for a short time, but he can't sleep in it. There is so much fabric and zippers in the front that he would have to arch his back. She is very fat. We could wear it under his snowy overalls on cold days. It might be okay to sleep on cold nights when he's around 3 years old, but at 18 months he's more of a sumo suit.
