This was my first epilator and it works very well. It's not a miracle cure every hairy girl is looking for — it's a rotating tweezer head, so it hurts just as much. This is ideal for areas already used to plucking and saves a lot of time. But for areas you don't normally pluck or wax (like your armpits), forget it because it will cause a lot of pain and redness. excellent customer service. Mine broke after just 2 weeks and as soon as I used their customer service link (don't contact Revain, they just redirect you to Voyor) I sent a video showing the problem with a description (this part was easier than it was listens), and replied to several emails to say "Yes, it was charged," then sent a new one which arrived a few days later.
