Review on 🚗 PG Cabin Air Filter PC5506: Perfect Fit for Chevrolet Tracker, Suzuki XL-7, Grand Vitara, and Vitara (1999-2008) by Daniel Bruce

The top plastic tab on the lid came in really handy for me as it has never been removed since. 2000! I had to wiggle the underside of the lid and lift it slightly to remove the raised indentation. Otherwise, the removal and installation went smoothly and took me about 30 minutes. WARNING: The filter markings do not look like the original "airflow arrow" markings on the white plastic surrounds. Suzuki originals had "UP" embossed on the top filter. When I oriented the bottom and top white tabs outward and touched the non-porous sides, the airflow direction matched and was pointing to the right. On the original filters, the bottom white tab was up and the top white tab was down for easier removal, where "UP" means "right side up". So I made sure the replacements were the same: white outward protrusions abutting each other, foam-free sides touching, and airflow arrows pointing to the right. Also, the foam at the edge of the filter next to the ribs will appear to the right of the ribs when the filters are installed correctly.
