I purchased this for my 5-year-old Grandson's birthday. I worked well and about a month after he started using it the motor on one side quit working and we thought we were going to have to return it. I reached out to the seller who sent me a return address label but in the meantime, my son performed a hard restart, and still to this day all is working well.

This was a Christmas gift from Santa. We charged all night till the light turned green but no one can turn it on. I assume it’s broken because no one is the household can get it to turn on. My daughter says these things are finicky but we shouldn’t need 4 people to try and fail to just turn the thing on. What a Christmas dud. Now we’ll go through the annoying process of sending it back.

Bought this for my sons 8th birthday, he was excited to use it, calibrated it per instructions, one wheel is locked up and won’t work. We’ve read everything that came with it, nothing to troubleshoot this issue. Tuned it on and off many times, poor quality and junk. Returning and buying my son a new one. Sadly he has a wait longer for his birthday present.

Alot of fun and easy to use, but does not work consistently. One wheel locks up several times per day for no reason that we can figure. Only used indoor on smooth wood floor. Once the wheel locks, it will no power off, but will reset and be usable after allowing battery to run out and then recharging.Contacted seller who was quick to reply with some things to try, but when none of those solutions worked they did send us a return label . Our son loves this! Got it for his birthday. It moves fast! Best for "coordinated” young folk. This mama tried it once and didn’t want to break a hip. 🤣. But for tweens and older it’s great! The speaker and lights are a highlight too. He can race around and hear his tunes in the dark. We haven’t tried it outside yet. even though it says you can. he doesn’t want to get it dirty.

Just when I thought this thing couldn’t get better… my phone linked up and music starting playing! Bright vivid color, smooth and easy to use, lights up as you ride and jams out too!

Bought this for Christmas for my grandson. It was his favorite toy! Until tonight, it was plugged in to charge and we could smell rubber and plastic melting. We had to throw it outside it was almost in Flames! Thank God we weren't sleeping very dangerous

10 yr old ds saved his weekly allowance to buy a hoverboard. He has had/ridden it for almost 6 weeks now (delivered mid-May).He LOVES it! Rides it around the house all the time, and has gotten pretty good at "dancing" on it.We even discovered by accident that it has blue tooth (wasn't supposed to) so that was a bonus!A few times though, over the last couple of weeks, it has stopped (whilst riding) without warning. I hope this doesn't continue.

Ordered two for twins. Both bright chrome. One was purple. The other was dark shiny blue.The purple is great. The blue is pale blue and black. Didnt go over well. Returning.

I ordered this for my kids from Santa. It was the only thing they were getting from Santa. They were so excited.Never got to actually ride it. One of the wheels kept spinning ruined my brand new vinyl flooring. They were crying and sad and I was so sad for them. I ordered early so that I could afford to give them something nice and now I can't return it. What can I do. This sucks

Given as a gift to a ten-year old at Christmas and proved to be his favorite gift. He mastered the basics of balancing in about 30 minutes and was cruising with confidence very quickly. He allowed other adult family members to give it a try too and we all got the hang of it pretty quick. Charge seems to last several hours (at least). We will have to see how long it lasts, but so far so good.

Came in perfect condition undamaged. Everything works including Bluetooth. The battery life is a little short in my opinion especially with a 52 lb kid on it but it's not a big deal for us. The light covers on the front are a little flimsy as she bumped the couch and it pushed into the hoverboard. Aside from thst great product so far.

We have purchased two of these for our daughters (7 and 8). One of them started acting up after about a month and the company was quick to respond and send a replacement free of charge. So fantastic! And the first one we bought has worked great. Absolutely no complaints!

Gifted my 8 year old for Christmas. Super easy for her to use, not so much me 😂 Always dismount behind the hoverboard, dismounting in front of it will cause it to run into your Achilles heel .overall great gift, my daughter thinks she’s an expert.

I bought this hoverboard for my grandson for Christmas and he’s on it every day. It has amazing battery life and can stand up to constant usage by a growing 12 year old. I definitely recommend it and as my grandson says "It looks awesome!”.

Loved it while it worked. Gifted for Christmas of 2021 and by July of 2022 it wouldn't charge. Apparently did not have standard 1 year manufacturers warranty, instead they only offer 3 months. That should've been a red flag for me. I wound expect it to have mated longer than 6 months for $129.99. Either by the extended warranty or pass on this seller/brand. They won't even acknowledge my customer service requests now, so I can't even buy replacement parts. Wasted money.

The board itself is heavy and good value. My kids love it and the lights are super cool. First time charging it was good but now it seems like the light on it never turns green after a couple hours to let you know it’s fully charged. Which is annoying! But over all it’s a good board just wished the charging thing would work correctly. I know you don’t want to over charge or under charge so I try to just stick to the two hours it says but the light never turns green to say it’s charged after two

Bought this for my 9 year-old daughter for Christmas and I was worried she wouldn't be able to ride it because she doesn't weigh very much. Well, she's been riding it like a pro every day. It is really durable, easy to ride and balance, and holds a charge extremely well. So glad I chose this particular hoverboard!

Didnt work out of the box. Was a christmas gift for my daughter. Went and bought one at the store the next day. Not happy That's my review.

I spent a great deal of time reading the reviews and most complained of battery life however my kids have their hoovers now for 2 wks, I wanted to wait and test them out completely. They battery life lasted once its fully charged for 1he and 45 mins. That's more than enough play time incorporated with other activities. I'm pleased with this purchase and more so my kids.
