Purchased this for my son for Christmas and the battery won't hold a charge to even try it out. Reached out to the company and they are going to refund us but wouldn't exchange it for one that worked. Only reason they get 2 stars is because they have been responsive to our messages but when asked if we could exchange it instead of returning they just sent us a return label. Purchased it on sale so don't want to buy another one at full price. Will purchase a hoverboard from a different company.

Once we figured out the calibration on this, my grandson ADORES IT. He rides it all over. He especially loves that it can Bluetooth and play music. Worth every penny.

Daughter only rides this indoors so I can't speak to it's durability outside. Holds a charge well, fast, love the colors. She's happy! This one has lasted longer than any other brand we have tried.

my 8yo saved up her chore money to buy this, and it was not dissapointing! She has had it for about a year now and it is still working great. She only uses it inside, so maybe that is why it has held up so great. It charges quickly, and has never backfired or stopped suddenly on her. I would highly recommend!

I bought this for my 8 year old for Christmas and she was so happy to receive it. It's a really cool hover board and the blue tooth works great. My only complaint is that since its made of chrome, it scratches so much & so easily. Other than that my daughter loves it. Would recommend.

I wish I had one of these as a kid! My daughter loves it and got really good at it. The product quality and lighting is great and the toy has not failed us yet, after many months of play.

Just beware they will want to hoverboard everywhere! 8 and 6 year old daughters picked it up very quickly so did dad weighing 170. Highly recommend!

Update: my previous review stated the hoverboard didn't work, which at first it didn't and for a few days of doing exactly what the instructions said, nothing worked to get it calibrated and able to use. We had the hoverboard in its box ready to return with label and all and after deciding to wait another day bc the line at the drop-off was too long to wait in that day, my husband researched how to troubleshoot hoverboards and somehow got it working so now very relieved my son has his Christmas

Great Christmas gift for my 11 year old daughter. My 13 year old son has been using it too as he likes it as well. Might be his next gift. Battery life is fine as it’s being used indoors now due to weather so when not in use my daughter charges it. The only issue I had was with the packaging. It came in a box used for shipping so when I opened it thinking it would be inside another box with the product logo and image it wasn’t. So I had to take it back and wrap he beat up box. I gave this to my 10 year old daughter as a special gift just because and she loves it however I think the battery life doesn’t last as long as I thought it should. Other than that she loves it and rides it almost every day!

This needs a perfectly smooth floor. Works well inside the house. We tried to test drive it outside on the patio. As soo. As it hits some minor bumps, the wheels stall unexpectedly. Fell off twice. Not safe for kids

Santa brought this hover for my 9 yo son. He Loves it! It is very well-made and rides very smoothly! He is cautious but mastered it within the hour. His Dad and I have even gotten on it and we aren’t too bad ourselves Lol. My 6 yo daughter also rides with ease. I would definitely recommend. With all available pads!

When looking for a cheap hoverboard for my son’s Christmas present, my husband has one stipulation. We had to get one he could ride too. We decided on this one only because it was the cheapest one with a weight limit over 200lbs. It’s been great! The battery definitely lasts longer when adults don’t ride as the heavier riders seem to drain the battery faster. It takes about 2-3 hours to charge and gives about 45 minutes ride time.

UPDATE: I am lowering my rating from 4 stars to 2. Make sure you purchase the Asurian plan with this. Less than a year of having it and only using it indoors, it quit working. One of the wheels is permanently frozen, so it only spins in circles now and won't go back and forth anymore. It has been well taken care of without any drops or spills. Bought all 3 of my kids these for Christmas! They learned how to ride on the very fast and even got this momma on there! Me and my husband also caught on pretty quick and are in the market to find us a hover board. The battery does die very fast. You can get about 10 minutes of riding. I truly wish the battery lasted longer as it's kind of pointless to take to the park and have such a short amount of time to ride. My kids love this, they charge it about once a week and use it daily from room to room. Sometimes they use it outside, but not that often.
