Alot of fun and easy to use, but does not work consistently. One wheel locks up several times per day for no reason that we can figure. Only used indoor on smooth wood floor. Once the wheel locks, it will no power off, but will reset and be usable after allowing battery to run out and then recharging.Contacted seller who was quick to reply with some things to try, but when none of those solutions worked they did send us a return label . Whole family has enjoyed using so debating whether to give it a second try, but worried will have same problem.
