This is my second pillow from this company (another small camping pillow) and I love the cover which is bamboo viscose on the outside and then a very thin layer of open cell foam and polyester on the inside. The pillow is the right size for a queen bed, but way too stuffed for most people. Even considering how much the shredded memory foam compresses, you'll probably still wake up with a sore neck because of how thick this pillow is. I used a seam ripper, tore open the inner pillow and removed HALF the pillow. Filling. It's almost perfect for me now, but I have to sew it back on and it won't look as good in the end because the layers of fabric are difficult to hold together when sewing. Bottom line: if you like a really high/thick pillow (or are looking for something to prop your bed up while reading or watching TV) this might be a good choice. Otherwise, plan on sewing after removing excess foam.
