The implementation team was fast, friendly and informative and worked with us to ensure the project went smoothly. We were also provided with great support after implementation was completed. We chose them because we had some experience using GIS and knew they could help us map out our vehicles locations within a city. In addition, they helped us automate our dispatching system so that our drivers no longer have to manually input their route and destinations into the app. I was able to view our driver's routes on a map on my phone and it was super helpful! This was important for me because I am frequently on business trips away from home and if I didn't have access to the location of my driver, I would have to contact him/her to get a status update. Now I can simply check my phone to see if he/she is on schedule. It has made the whole experience of scheduling more convenient. The fact that we have full access to the data, means that we can also use it to inform customers about when they should expect delivery or pick up. As far as support goes, the level of service has been exceptional.
