Works on Quest 2 but poor UX

OCULUS QUEST 2 REVIEWS: The two wire design is terrible, all those wires are hard to tie properly when the farthest one is pulling on the headphones, to the he is connected. It happens all the time. Trouble getting in and out of it when entering and exiting VR due to that awful two-wire design. The earbuds don't sit snugly on the ear, they stretch out a bit and can't be straightened. .The grips that attach the earbuds to the sides of the Quest are the wrong size if you have the Halo or Elite strap. It feels like you're breaking them to make them fit. You have to break the side handles to open them further so they can widen the jaw opening too much then you can close them again. So in that sense it works, but it's very hard to deal with. Babbage's sound quality is terrible. nothing to discuss. Is it worth buying? Unfortunately, if that's what you're looking for (to avoid big, bulky headphones), that's all we've got. It sucks, but then again, that's all we have. Those crappy headsets *live* until something better comes along. It's shocking that nobody else has stepped up and made a version of the Quest 2 with much better cable design and sound quality. It's a no-brainer that it's sold. Sound is a big part of VR

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Upgradable
