1) It's so easy to use! 2) The support is incredible. 3) No problems with license activation when adding new modules (we have several). 4) Easy integration into other systems like Workflow, Salesforce etc., 5) No need to write any code - everything works out of box without having to change anything. Sometimes it takes some time until you actually see what can be done using this tool. We used UT Integrator before we started working together at our customer site for project management & approval processes via SharePoint.
