Okay, I'm about 5" 2" tall and my husband is 5" 8" tall. Basically got it for him. He was good at it. But they make me feel like a HOBbit! Anyway, they were bought because of his terrible leg cramps in the middle of the night. They push the fuck out of your legs and let go. He didn't really have those leg cramps, so he could give an honest opinion. But I have Restless Legs Syndrome and it's so tight in my legs I have to stop the car! I have to give you an update on this.
