So first off, this review was written by someone who actually installed it themselves and hasn't used Best Buy or anyone else. If you are installing this yourself, be sure to check the wiring and whether or not you need a bypass module. If you have a car that was manufactured in the last 15 years, you most likely need a bypass module! In any case, the installation instructions that come with this kit are pretty basic and a terrible guide to install. I had to visit many websites to find out what each wire's function was and then find the wiring for the car I was installing it in. Overall, the installation took about 5 hours, including programming and installing the bypass module (purchased separately). If you're buying this and installing it yourself, do your research first!
